ABOUT ME

The Basics:

In Spring 2025, I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I received both Summa Cum Laude honors, and the honor of being one of the computer science department's "Most Outstanding Graduates".

In 2024 I interned at Amazon in Seattle on the Prime Video Playback Optimization (PVPO) team. My project involved building a generative AI powered onboarding application which allowed new customer devices to stream optimally in a matter of minutes, rather than the previous multiday timeframe.

At PVPO, I set the intern record for the most commits to the team's codebase, as well as "raising the bar on intern deliverable."

After my internship, I was offered a full-time position as a Software Development Engineer (L4) on the Prime Video Ads team in NYC. I accepted this offer, and will start full time in Summer 2025.

How it Started:

In 2022, I discovered my love for coding. Prior to 2022, I had zero programming experience or knowledge. That spring, I took an R coding lab for my statistics course and fell in love with coding (looking back, if I felt that way about R, it must be real)...

Ever since then I've been doing my best to learn and excel as much as possible. Through my education, internships, research, and personal project experience, I've gained important skills in full stack end to end development, various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

Me Personally:

  • I love my dogs Coco (brown labradoodle, 11), and Turnip (white Cavapoo, 2). I love all animals and have volunteered and donated to animal shelters/charities all my life.
  • I have interests in: (basic) theoretical physics, quantum computing, AI, crypto, technology (obviously), video games, design, architecture, reading, art, and fashion!
